Public Offer Agreement

1. General

This document is an official public offer (an offer to contract) from the limited liability company identified below ("we", "the Contractor") addressed to any individual or legal entity ("you", "the Customer") to purchase access to the DriveBoard service on the terms set out here.

2. Subject of the offer

The Contractor grants the Customer access to the DriveBoard web service, a project and task management tool with Google Drive synchronisation, for a fixed period. Support badges are a voluntary contribution that displays a decorative mark on the Customer's profile and grants no functional capability whatsoever.

3. Acceptance

The contract is concluded at the moment the Customer completes payment. Completing payment means the Customer has read this offer, the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy, and accepts them in full. No signature or separate document is required.

4. One-time payments

All purchases are ONE-TIME. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no payment card is stored. Access ends automatically on the date shown in the Customer's account, and nothing is charged again unless the Customer makes a new purchase.

5. Delivery of the service

Access is granted automatically and immediately upon confirmation of payment by the payment provider, in practice within seconds. No physical delivery takes place. Confirmation is sent to the email address on the account.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the Customer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. This right is lost for digital content supplied with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of that loss, which the Customer gives when confirming the purchase. 7. Payments

Payments are processed by WayForPay. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); a US dollar display price may be offered, in which case settlement still occurs in UAH at the applicable conversion rate. We do not receive or store payment card details.

8. Obligations of the Customer

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate contact details, to use the service lawfully, and not to attempt to circumvent usage limits or resell access. Fair-use limits on AI requests are described in the Terms of Use.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Contractor is not liable for indirect losses. The Contractor's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the period concerned. The Customer's files stored in their own Google Drive remain theirs and are unaffected by the end of an access period.

10. Amendments

The Contractor may amend this offer by publishing a new version on this page. Amendments do not affect access periods already purchased. The version in force at the moment of purchase governs that purchase.

11. Disputes

The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute by negotiation. Failing that, disputes are governed by the law of Ukraine and heard by the competent courts of Ukraine.
